Internal education system changes during different legal regimes at Robert Bosch Kft
Abstract
The pandemic adversely affected contact classroom education. It would be an ideal solution if we were able to hold classes even during the pandemic. To implement this, the possible means and their costs must be examined. While the teaching material is continuously available on a closed, internal network, the software solutions that form the primary subject of the investigation are provided by the IT department (hereafter CI). All new requests are fulfilled with some lead time, but the closeness of the time of the next education currently justifies the acceptance of the software that requires the least effort. The theoretical benefit of the research is that it sheds light on the currently available options supported by CI, along with their advantageous and disadvantageous properties for the task. In practical terms, the successful retention of catalog education can be considered a benefit.
